1. Company Information and Service Definition

Company Information

Gymwork develops and owns the TwoShot application, which is available through the App Store and Google Play. TwoShot is a service that uses AI technology to provide features such as AI photo generation, pose transformation, and action figure style conversion using images provided by users.

When using TwoShot, the terms and conditions of the App Store or Google Play apply, and users must review and agree to those terms.

Service Scope

The free version of TwoShot does not require a separate account. However, when using certain paid premium features, account creation may be required.

If you wish to use TwoShot for commercial purposes, a separate commercial use agreement is required.

Definitions

• Content: All materials that exist in or are provided through the App and Services, including data, designs, text, images, graphics, video recordings, codes, etc. in digital, electronic, posted, deleted, stored, embedded, linked, or included forms.
• Services: All programs, resources, tools, and available content provided as part of the App.
• Subscriber: All parties who have purchased a subscription to the Services.
• User: Includes all subscribers and any individuals or parties who use the Services or access the Content.

2. Minimum Age Requirements

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years of age, you may not use the App and Services, and we are not responsible for your use of the Services.

Due to the unexpected results of the AI image generation feature, when using this feature, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction).

Allowing a person under the age of 13 to use the Services constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate revocation of any relevant permissions, subscriptions, or licenses.
