This Privacy Policy explains how Gymwork Gymwork, we, us, or our collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the TwoShot mobile application app and related services services.
By using the Services, you are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
• We use third-party cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services AWS and Google Cloud Platform GCP to process user-uploaded content.
• Only images that the user explicitly selects are uploaded to the server for AI generation or editing. Your entire camera roll is never automatically uploaded.
• Original photos, facial data, and related image data are permanently deleted from AWS and GCP servers after AI generation is successfully completed. Deletion may take up to 7 days.
• Your personal information is not used to train AI models or for unrelated product development.
• AI photos generated by users remain stored on the cloud server until the user deletes them or deletes their account, and they are accessible from any device logged into the app.
• Deleting individual AI photos or deleting your account will result in deletion within approximately 7 days. Simply uninstalling the app does not delete your account or stored AI photos.
The following types of information may be collected when you use the 2ShotAI app.
• We do not access or collect the entire camera roll
• Each uploaded file is encrypted, and the decryption key is stored locally on the user’s device
• Basic metadata such as location data or EXIF data may be included, but we take reasonable steps to remove metadata when possible
