These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Condi mobile application, Apple Watch application, widgets, website and related features (together, the "Service") provided by Gymwork Inc. ("Gymwork", "we", "us").

Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service. By starting to use the Service or agreeing to these Terms, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

This is the international version of our Terms. If you are in the Republic of Korea, the Korean-language version applies to you.

1. What the Service does

Condi helps you understand your health and wellness information and manage your habits. Its main features are:

• Importing health and activity data from external services you connect, such as Apple Health and Garmin
• Displaying and analysing heart rate variability (HRV), heart rate, sleep, activity, workouts and the entries you record
• Providing wellness metrics such as condition, recovery, sleep, energy and nutrition, together with general reference information
• AI-assisted logging, explanations, summaries and suggestions based on meal photos or text
• Syncing information across iPhone, Apple Watch, widgets and Live Activities

Some features vary by device, operating system, country, app version, subscription status, or the availability of external services.

2. Health and medical notice

The Service, and the scores, charts, notifications, explanations, summaries and suggestions it generates, are provided for general health, fitness and wellness information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or prescription, and they do not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Gymwork is not a medical institution, and using the Service does not create a doctor-patient or any other professional healthcare relationship. If you have questions about your health, or intend to make significant changes to your sleep, exercise or diet, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

If you experience emergency symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing or loss of consciousness, do not wait for or rely on the Service. Contact your local emergency number immediately.

3. Automated analysis and AI output

Some results are generated automatically by algorithms or generative AI from your inputs and connected data. Automated output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuited to your individual circumstances.

Do not rely on automated output as the sole basis for important health, safety or medical decisions. Check the underlying data and seek professional judgement where needed. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of automated output.
